Bruce M. Young

Graduated from New York Law School in 1984 after having successfully completed a 6 year B.A. – J.D. program in conjunction with The City College of The City of New York, Max Greenberg Honors Program, B.A., Cum Laude 1981.  Admitted to practice in 1985 in New York, New Jersey & Washington D.C.; United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit; United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and The District of New Jersey; United States Tax Court.

Mr. Young served as trial counsel to major New York City hospitals including Presbyterian Hospital in the City of New York, New York Medical College, and Westchester County Medical Center defending their interests in medical malpractice and related litigation.  Bruce also represented Rotary/Dover; ThyssenKrupp; and ABB.

Bruce has been selected for inclusion in Super Lawyers® 2013 to DATE. Mr. Young has over 50 Verdicts in the trial Courts of the State of New York and the Federal District Courts in The Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Bruce is an instrument rated pilot with endorsements for complex and high-performance aircraft as well as exposure to aerobatic, upset and recovery training. He has extensive experience with current flight suites and avionics, instrument procedures and the regulatory framework governing flight in all types of airspace. As an owner and pilot of several aircraft over the years including a PA-28; F33A; and A36 Bonanzas Mr. Young understands the challenges pilots face and the regulatory framework of the FAA.
