Meagan Vincent
Meagan Vincent brings more than a decade of specialized experience in aviation escrow, title, and aircraft transaction support to Aviation Legal Counsel. Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Vincent spent twelve years with one of the country’s preeminent aircraft title and escrow institutions, where she rose through the ranks ultimately attaining the role of Vice President. In that capacity, she was directly involved in a wide range of domestic and international aircraft closings, coordinating complex escrow transactions, lien searches, recordings, and multi-party closings involving buyers, sellers, lenders, and counsel.
Ms. Vincent has extensive hands-on experience managing the escrow and closing process for turbine and piston aircraft transactions, including purchase and sale agreements, lender requirements, FAA and international registry filings, and time-sensitive fund disbursements. Her background provides the firm and its clients with a practical, transaction-focused perspective that enhances efficiency, risk management, and deal execution.
During her tenure in the escrow industry, Ms. Vincent had the opportunity to work closely with Forrest Owens and other aviation professionals now affiliated with Aviation Legal Counsel, giving her longstanding familiarity with the firm’s transactional approach and client service standards. Her transition to the legal side of aviation transactions allows her to bridge the operational realities of escrow with the legal, regulatory, and documentation requirements of aircraft ownership and finance.
